In cities and large towns, accommodation is in 3-4 star properties, central location, atmospheric and reliable. Very occasionally there will be a shared bathroom situation such as chalet- style accommodation in Namibia.

Most Africa trips involve an experience in a National Park: Kilimanjaro, Masai Mara, Etosha etc and all National Parks require permits and payment of park fees which are included in most of our trips.

In Morocco a riad is a traditional house often located in the ancient medina (walled city). Generally all rooms are di erent shape and size adding to the character.
Some of our African adventures, such as Madagascar, are multi activity adventures: canoeing, rafting, cycling etc and in most cases, the equipment will be provided for you along with very experienced guides.
