A self-guided walk in some parts of the world is proving to be highly desirable thanks to the complete flexibility of the concept. Requiring only two people to operate, you can choose your own departure date anytime between October and May, allowing you to explore at your own pace and times.
In the background, we take care of all the logistics. We supply you with accommodation at our eco camps and eco lodges, detailed route descriptions, maps and suggestions for places you should visit along the way. We’ll also remove all the hassle out of luggage transfers, with our trustworthy porters moving your luggage between camps, so that when you arrive at the end of the day, your luggage will be there waiting for you.
All you need to do is to check in with our camp manager at each campsite who will radio back to base that you’ve arrived safely. And, if you did need any assistance during the day, you’d have mobile coverage to call back to base yourself. Self-guided trekking is an independent way to explore the Everest trails with all of our support crew working in the background!
