ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Arrive Lustenau 2 | Cycle the rolling Alpstein mountains overlooked by Säntis peak (2502m) to Urnäsch/Hemberg (55‐70km/34‐43.5mi) 3 | Cycle through forests and the Linth plain to Linthal (70‐80km/43.5‐50mi) 4 | Ascend the Klausenpass and descend to Beckenried (75km/46.6mi) 5 | Cycle past lakes and across the Glaubehbielen Pass (1611m) to Sörenberg 6 | Cycle the hills and dales of Emmental to Thun (55‐70km/34‐43.5mi) 7 | Continue to Gruyères via the city of Fribourg with its gothic cathedral (95km/59mi) 8 | Final stage with 1000m descent to Aigle or Montreux on Lake Geneva (65‐95km/40.3‐59mi) 9 | Trip concludes
