ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Meet guide and group in Graëchen and walk to Saas Fee (6-7hrs, +650m -500m) 2 | Cross the Monte Moro Pass (2868m) with view to the imposing east face and continue to Macugnaga (6-7hrs, +653m - 1496m) 3 | Cross the Turlo pass (2738m) and the pastures of Alesia to Alagna (6-7hrs, +1431m -1163m) 4 | Continue through the Val d’Otro to Gressoney (7hrs, +1727m -524m) 5 | Ascend high passes and descend via Lake Forca to Val d’Ayas (6hrs, +450m -539m) 6 | Walk high above Cervinia ski resort with superb views to the Matterhorn, overnight refuge (3317m) (7hrs, +1500m -466m) 7 | Return to Zermatt from the Theodulo Pass (3317m), trip concludes Zermatt (6hrs, -1645m)

ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Meet at Cortina d’Ampezzo and transfer to the base of the Tofane group of peaks, walk to mountain hut (4-5hrs) 2 | Descend the Val Travenanzes and walk to Fanes Hütte (6hrs) 3 | Walk through the Fanes Natural region to Lago di Braies (Pragser See) (5hrs) 4 | Ascend wooded trails to Dürrenstein Hütte (4-5hrs) 5 | Walk to Tre Cime, the iconic three peaks of the Dolomites (5hrs) 6 | Walk around Tre Cime with picture postcard views throughout (4-5hrs) 7 | Descend to Lake Misurina and transfer to Cortina (3hrs), trip concludes
