Saint Bernard Pass and ride to Aosta (40km/25mi) 3-9 | Cycle through Piedmont to Emilia Romagna and Italy’s gastonomic capital, Parma (daily stages of 40-75km/25-47mi) 10-16 | Cross the Apennines to Tuscany and cycle through classic scenery to Siena 17-23 | Final stages through southern Tuscany and across Lazio to Rome 24 | Trip concludes
