ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Arrive Henley‐on‐Thames, famous for its annual Royal Regatta 2 | Walk through country pastures enroute to Marlow (3.5hrs) 3 | Pass under the famed Isambard Kingdom Brunel railway bridge and on to Windsor with its historic castle (6hrs) 4 | Pass through Runnymede where the Magna Carta was signed on the way to Chertsey Bridge (5hrs) 5 | Continue via the royal palace of Hampton Court to Kingston (5hrs) 6 | Pass Richmond and Kew Gardens to arrive at Putney Bridge (5.5hrs) 7 | Pass classic London sights including Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and St Paul’s Cathedral as you follow the Thames to Tower Bridge (4.5hrs) 8 | The final stage through Greenwich, where time began, to the Thames Barrier (5hrs) 9 | Trip concludes

ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Arrive Oban 2 | Cycle along a remote peninsula then ferry to the island of Luing and cycle to Tobernochy (36km/22mi) 3 | Cross to Crinan, cycle along the canal and on to Loch Caolisport, cruise to the Isle of Jura (35km/21mi) 4 | Cycle on the north of the Isle (27km/17mi) 5 | Cycle on hilly terrain and marvel at the natural Scottish beauty on Mull Island (60km/37mi) 6 | Explore the northern part of the Island of Mull by bike and head to Salen, cross to Lochaline (50km/31mi) 7 | Cross the highlands to Kingairloch, then by boat back to Oban (26km/16mi) 8 | Trip concludes
