ITINERARY: DAY 1 | Arrive Koblenz 2 | By boat to Boppard, then cycle to Rudesheim (46km/28.5mi) 3 | Cycle to Mainz (32‐35km/20‐ 22mi) 4 | Cycle via Laubenheim to Nierstein (17‐26km/10‐16mi) 5 | By boat to Mannheim, cycle to Heidelberg (25km/15.5mi) 6 | Cycle to Eberbach (34km/21mi) 7 | Cycle to Bad Wimpfen (45km/28mi) 8 | Trip concludes

INCLUSIONS: MEALS: 6 breakfasts, 5 lunch packs, 5 dinners (supplement applies to special dietary requirements) & coffee and tea on board ACCOMMODATION: 6 nights in a twin share cabin with ensuite facilities on a category B+ barge (cabins are configured with two split level beds ‐ supplement applies for single cabin) with linen and change of towels as required GUIDES: multilingual tour leader for fully guided cycling tours, daily briefings and guided city tours EQUIPMENT: 8 speed hybrid bike with hand brake, panniers, lock, safety vest and helmet PLUS: port and lock fees
NOTES: Trip begins in Bamberg or Regensburg on alternate weeks. Some dates are self guided departures, ie these do not include a guide. Instead there will be a facilitator on board who will provide daily briefings – see our website for details.
